Founded in 2016, SPC leaves no stone unturned in the pursuit of making your training experience the most enjoyable and rewarding that you’ve ever had. If you want to join a group of likeminded individuals, train without limitation in a motivating environment and feel part of a fun community, our team will give you all the support you need to achieve the results you want.
Balance your body with the perfect blend of movement, mindfulness and relaxation done the SPC way at Level 1. During your yoga experience, we will cover the more traditional Hatha yoga poses. Building on these foundations, our goal will be to help improve your health, mindset and training. We will create a balance within the body from developing both strength and flexibility from the poses.
It doesn’t matter if you have never practiced yoga before, you will be taken through each pose in a safe and calm environment that will give you the confidence to take the practice away with you and explore in your own space in between sessions.
