Wood x Coal kitchen are bringing out their traditional wood fired grill for Level 1’s Steak & Wine evening. They will be cooking the finest cuts of steak alongside premium wines from Bison’s partners at Liberty Wines.
You get to spend your evening under our winter canopy with heated seat cushions and cosy blankets to keep you toasty. With success at our first Steak & Wine Night over the Christmas period, we wanted to continue into the New Year by hosting it monthly – every third Saturday of the month. Option 1: £27.50 per person (Minimum 2 people)
32 day dry aged Sussex Ribeye + 1 Side + 1 Sauce + Willunga Grenache (250ml glass)
Option 2: £37.50 per person (Minimum 2 people)
32 day aged Porterhouse + 1 side + 1 sauce + Peter Lehmann The Barossan Shiraz (250ml glass)
